The Most Important Decision of Your Life

What Blog based on Christian ideas would be complete without the plan of Salvation?

Twenty-three years ago, I gave my life to Christ and accepted His gift of Salvation. I have not always lived my life in a way that would model the life of Christ, but I do not think that He expects us to be perfect. He knows that we are human. The important thing is that we realize we need His help and that we try our best to be more like Him every day. One of my favorite bumper stickers reads" "Christians are not perfect, they are just Forgiven".

With that said, let's take a little walk through one of my favorite books of the Bible.

The ROMANS ROAD....is a pathway you can walk.

It is a group of Bible verses from the book of Romans in the New Testament. If you walk down this road you will end up understanding how to be saved.

Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."
We all have sin in our hearts. We all were born with sin.
We were born under the power of sin's control.
- Admit that you are a sinner.

Romans 6:23a "For the wages of sin is death..."
Sin has an ending. It results in death. We all face physical death, which is a result of sin. But a worse death is spiritual death that alienates us from God, and will last for all eternity. The Bible teaches that there is a place called the Lake of Fire where lost people will be in torment forever. It is the place where people who are spiritually dead will remain.
- Understand that you deserve death for your sin.

Romans 6:23b "...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Salvation is a free gift from God to you! You can't earn this gift, but you must reach out and receive it.
- Ask God to forgive you and save you.

Romans 5:8, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
When Jesus died on the cross He paid sin's penalty. He paid the price for all sin, and when He took all the sins of the world on Himself on the cross, He bought us out of slavery to sin and death! The only condition is that we believe in Him and what He has done for us, understanding that we are now joined with Him, and that He is our life. He did all this because He loved us and gave Himself for us!
- Give your life to God... His love poured out in Jesus on the cross is your only hope to have forgiveness and change. His love bought you out of being a slave to sin. His love is what saves you -- not religion, or church membership. God loves you!

Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
- Call out to God in the name of Jesus!

Romans 10:9,10 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
- If you know that God is knocking on your heart's door, ask Him to come into your heart.

Jesus said,

Revelation 3:20a "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."
- Is Jesus knocking on your heart's door?

Believe in Him.

Ask Him to come in to your heart by faith, and ask Him to reveal Himself to you.

-This Roman's Road was found at this site, which I highly recommend. Let me just say in closing, if you do decide to accept the gift of Eternal Life, you will never regret it. If you do not, you will regret it for eternity. What do you have to lose?

Forgiven

"Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little." -Jesus in Luke 7:47

I was sitting in church listening to this message preached by Pastor Aaron Kunce, and something about this verse really grabbed a hold of me. It has been resounding in my head ever since. What Jesus was saying was that those who have been forgiven of more sin are more grateful for it.

So many of us shudder at the idea of God letting murders and rapists into Heaven, even though we know that they have to do is believe, just as we have. I thought of this from a new perspective yesterday:

God created us in His image in order to bring Him joy. His ultimate joy is accomplished when we truly love Him. In this parable, Jesus spoke of two men who owed money to another man but neither were able to repay the debt. One man owed 50 shekels, and the other owed 500 shekels. Since neither were able to pay, the creditor forgave both debts. Then Jesus asks which of those two men would love the debtor more.

It is the same way with our sins, those of us who are forgiven more, appreciate it more. So if God's ultimate goal is to be loved by us, then of course He will forgive all of us, even those who have "transgressed more" than others.

When I was explaining this to my wife, I said that only men see sin as different layers or dimensions. God sees sin as one dimensional. It is all the same in His eyes.

Have you ever been discouraged and wondering how God could ever forgive you of something you had done? Next time you feel that way, refer to this parable and remember: Christians are not perfect, they are just forgiven.

Luke 7:36-50

Black and White

"You don't really live your live in black and white do you?" I was just listening to "The Virtue of Selfishness" by Ayn Rand and this topic came up. I will not be quoting her, because I am only using her thoughts to kick off this discussion, but I wanted to give credit to her for winding me up and pointing me in the right direction.

The issue is compromise. So many people these days sing the praises of compromise and it is looked at as a necessity in order to exist in our current society. I want to turn that notion on it's ear. The problem with compromise is that in order to compromise, someone must win and the other must lose. Think about it: it is impossible for our lives to just be shades of gray. After all, gray is made up of black and white and therefore cannot exist without them. Gray also cannot exist without changing the true black or true white.

If morality is compromised, it does so at the loss of morality and the victory of evil. If truth is compromised, un-truth wins. You cannot compromise absolutes. If there are no absolutes, than man is free to do what he wants, wherever he wants, whenever he wants. Would you want to compromise between life and death? Would you want to compromise between love and hate? How about law and crime?

Compromise is not a win for both parties, because you are either right or you are wrong. You cannot be partially of half right, because by that very definition you are wrong. Think about it this way. Say there are 9 experts in Engineering sitting around a table and they have come up with a plan for a project, and then a 10th person sits at the table who has no experience in Engineering at all. This 10th person insists that their opinion is not only heard, but immediately implemented, does this make the plan better or worse? If you include a bad idea with a good idea, it then becomes a bad idea. There is no way around that.

You will face all kinds of situation in this life in which you are tempted to compromise. Just remember that in compromise there is no winner. We need men and woman today that stand on absolute, un-wavering truths and principles and refuse to blur the line for anyone or anything. We need people who are not willing to compromise their morals, their ethics, or their principles.

Will you be that man or woman?

Everyone's a Winner?

I am sure that you have heard people say: "Everyone's a winner!", or "Nobody is a loser". You have probably also seen competitions where everyone gets an award. (like the car show trophies to the right) What is this all about? Oh, little Johnny might grow up to be a horrible person because he lost a foot race and didn't get a prize?! No, we don't want to damage a child's delicate self-esteem. Wow, really? I mean, sure, we should teach good sportsmanship, but I really do not like this "everyone's a winner" mentality.

Children need to know that there are winners and losers in life. That's just a fact. Life is not a duckpond at the carnival. At some point we need to realize that we have to strive to be the best in order to be recognized for it.

So why is this such a big deal. Think about it. What's to say that when we teach all of our children that they are all the same and there are no losers, and they apply that to their spiritual lives? Will they assume that there are no losers in eternity? After all, nobody is going to hell, because we're all winners, right?

Am I going out on a limb to contrast winner versus losers to sinner versus the forgiven? I man much smarter than I am once told me that in order to properly consider an idea, you must take it all the way to it's end result or conclusion. If everyone is a winner, then nobody is a loser. Likewise, if everyone is a winner, than we can't all be sinners.

Let me know if I am just way off base or if this makes sense to you...

49,551,703 Murders

Yes, you read that right. In the United States, there have been nearly 50 MILLION recorded instances of the taking of innocent life since 1973, when Roe vs. Wade was passed. These recorded instances were performed "legally" in institutions across America. This does not account for the thousands of abortions performed illegally over the years or abortions that were not recorded.

I want you to have a perspective on that number. The number of Jews that were murdered during the Holocaust was approximately 5,709,329. This means that are responsible for killing nearly 10 times as many babies as there were Jews killed during that terrible time in history!

So to say that "Abortion is the Holocaust of the Unborn" is a huge understatement. What effect is this having on the morality of our country? Hitler is the most commonly used example of an evil man in our day, while people shrug off abortion. I bet he was a big fan of abortion. After all, what we are doing today makes his effort to rid the world of "unwanted" humans look like child's play.

Are you angry yet? You should be. At a later time, after my stomach stops churning, I may blog about the torture aspect of abortion compared to the torture endured by Holocaust victims. Beucase anyone who thinks that an snuffing out the life of a child is as painless and harmless as snuffing out a candle is completely heartless and ignorant.

Nancy Pelosi Loves "The Word"

Watch this short 1 minute clip below of Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi before reading further.

Can you believe this?! This is coming from one of the biggest supporters of abortion to ever set foot on the floor of The House! Maybe she needs to spend a little more time in "The Word" and a little less time advocating for killing babies.

Chuck Harding - Great Preacher and True Patriot

If you have your doubts about whether you should be involved in politics or not, this man will set you straight! I encourage you to watch this 46 minute video (in five parts). It is very encouraging and challenging. I promise you that you will learn something new within the first few minutes. I was made aware of Chuck Harding by my Mother. He preached at her church and of course she got me a copy! It was excellent. This is not the exact sermon that I have on CD, but it is very similar, and equally important.

Was Jesus a Liberal?

I have seen a couple of bumper stickers lately that said that Jesus was a liberal. So is there any truth to that? Let's just go through a couple of issues that liberals believe in and see if Jesus would support that ideology.

Abortion-

This is kind of a no-brainer, right? We all know that one of the ten commandments says "Thou shalt not kill". Also, God spoke to Jeremiah in the old testament, saying: "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations". Those two verses prove that God views children in the womb as having value and I think it is safe to say that He is against us killing these people before they can escape the womb.

Personal Property-

Many liberals claim that there is and should be no such thing as personal property. If you look in Acts 5: 1-11, you will see the story of Ananias and Sapphira. They sold a piece of property but secretly did not tithe the proper amount on that sale. When it is discovered, Peter says to them: "While it remained, was it not your own? And after it was sold, was it not in your own control?" Meaning that yes, they owned private property, and yes they were held responsible for that property while it was in their possession.

Welfare-

The Bible is clear about laziness. II Thessalonians 3-10 "For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat." However, there are many verses in the Bible that command us to take care of the poor and needy. You will not find any reference to a mandatory government-run welfare system, though. The Bible tells us to care for the poor in 3 ways: through the family, through the church, and through individual charity. (Deut. 14:28, 29, Numbers 18:24, Matthew 6:1-4 and 1 Timothy 5:3-16)

Death Penalty-

There are many references in the Bible that reflect the "eye for an eye" mentality that support capital punishment. The Bible goes further than just putting murderers to death, though. There are references that kidnapping, adultery, bestiality, sodomy, false prophecy, prostetution, rape, and many other sins should be met with a death sentence.

There are examples of mercy, such as when the Lord did not immediately kill David for committing adultery and murder, but it is important to note that this mercy was coming directly from God, not from the courts or the law of the land.

Same-sex Marriage-

This one is kind of a freebie as well. We know the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, which is where get the term "sodomy" from. Genesis 19:24 "The the Lord rained down on Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from out of heaven." (see interesting historical link here) I think that it is safe to say that if God destroyed two cities because of rampant sin and sodomy, He would never favor same-sex marriage.

These are just a couple of issues that are prominent in liberalism. I do not think that Jesus would with any one of them, let alone all of them.

If you would like to discuss this further, please leave a comment.

Does God Put People into Power?

I have heard many Christians say that God knows best, He approves of those in power, and He allows them to be in power... so we should sit back and pray because He knows best.

I do not agree with this. Yes, God does no best. Does He make decisions for us? No. He answers our prayers (yes, no, wait), but He does not make our decisions for us.

God allows us to make good choices and poor choices. He has given us Free Will throughout our lives. Yes, He know who is is power, and He watches over us, but that does not mean that He approves of the people who are in authority over us.

What do you think?

Political Correctness

An elementary school principal in Michigan is under investigation for authorizing a field trip for 30 black students to meet with an African-American rocket scientist. Students who are not black were excluded from the outing -- a possible violation of a state law that bans racial favoritism in public schools. (click here to read full story)

Here is a recent Facebook conversation that I had with my friend Wendy on this article:

Me: Is this what we want to teach our kids? That segregation is only one way? That it is okay to exclude white kids from a field trip? Imagine the uproar if this story were reversed...

Wendy: Reverse discrimination is becoming quite an issue in many ways in our country. I know a stand needs to be taken. But how?

Me: First of all, Christians and Conservatives need to stand up against the Political Correct movement. We have been accused as racist, sexist, homophobes for years now. They use the word racist so frequently is has almost completely lost it's meaning. So we need to do what is right no matter what name they call us.

Secondly, we need to purge the words... "reverse-racism" and "reverse-discrimination". The definition of the two terms do not include a description of race. Blacks hating Asians, Asians hating Hispanics, etc... it is all racism.

I think our people are ready to move past racism. They are tired of it. But our politicians and supposed leaders are more interested in splitting us into groups and pitting us against each other for political gain. It is sad.

This is a good topic. If you don't mind, I would like to post it in my blog.

Wendy:
Good thoughts. Please do post it on your blog. I am anxious to see the conversation that develops.

Thanks Wendy! What do you guys think?

Keep your Government out of my Church!

Separation of Church and State... you've heard the term batted around a hundred times, mostly by people who have something against the Church. But what does it really mean?

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." -1st Amendment of the United States Constitution

This really does not require much interpretation. It is obvious that the Founders wanted to be sure that Congress could not pass laws pertaining to religion or the practice of religion. So where do we get separation of Church and State? Is certainly is not in the constitution. Some say that it came from the notes of Thomas Jefferson. The problem is that these notes were never added to the Constitution and ratified.

What does this mean for us? It means that Government should keep their nose out of out Churches, that's what it means! That means that a Judge has no business saying that the National Day of Prayer is "unconstitutional". (story here)

I would like to commend President Obama for refusing to "cancel" the 2010 National Day of Prayer. It was a wise decision on his part.

On another note: I heard a commentator say just the other day that the 1st Amendment says to keep the out of the Church, it does not says to keep the Church out of the Government. We need more Christians to be active it Government. We need more Christians to be elected to office. Most of all, we need ALL Christians to help turn this Country back to God.

"He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus" -Revelations 22:20

I was discussing recent events and politics with my Dad yesterday on the drive home from work, and this verse came across my mind. In this verse, the author, John, make this statement almost as a plea. At least that is the way that I read it.

You may have said something similar in recent days. I know that I have. Please come quickly Lord! What we need to remember is that while we are anxious for the return of Christ, we must remain vigilant and continue to stand up for what is right.

I don't have to tell you that this world is getting more wicked by the day. It is becoming increasingly vital that we shine the light of Jesus like a candle in world of darkness. We also need to support like-minded Brother and Sisters in Christ. Together we can and will make a difference.

Who Says Christians Can't Protest?

As many of you know, I attended the Tax Day Tea Party in Washington, D.C. yesterday, April 15, 2010. It was amazing! There were nearly 50,000 people in attendance, and I met several brothers and sisters in Christ. These two guys below were bold Christ-Followers, and were all too happy to pose for a picture.

Amen! It was a pleasure and a blessing to attend this event with such great American Patriots. I will be posting video and more pictures on my other blog. Just click here to view.

Stand Up For Jesus

Today I felt the need for a little pep talk, and I am sure that many of you could use the same. I just read another blog that was encouraging it's readers to stand up for what they believe in. This is so important, more now than ever before.

Ephesians 6:13-15
Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Many people leave out that last comma when reading this verse. But that comma is really important. This is God telling us to continue to stand even after we have done all that we can do.

Why would He tell us to continue to stand even after we have exhausted our resources? Because He knows that He can continue to use us even after we think that we have done everything in our own power. We are not standing there alone. He is standing behind us.

Hebrews 13:5b
...for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

If you play close attention, even though it seems that we are in very perilous times, there are people out there who are now seeking the truth who have never done so before. You may not even have to approach them. They will see you standing for what you believe in and they may approach you and ask you about it.

Sure, it is still important to spread The Word, but if you are standing strong, you might just be surprised at who approaches you. Remember: the world is watching us to see what we are doing.

God Bless!

Reader Feedback / Input Needed

One thing that I have realized since starting this new blog is that I am quickly running out of ideas. Especially since I am trying to keep this non-partisan and focused on Christian ideas.

If you have any ideas, comments, or feedback, please let me know. Just believe the title of each bog post there is a place that you can click that says "x comments". Click there and you should get a comment block. You do not have to be a follower to leave a comment, but I love followers! (hint, hint!)

I am working on a few idea that my Dad has submitted to me, but they are pretty heavy concepts that require a bit of Bible Study and research. (figures my Dad would give me homework)

Take care guys!

Now More Than Ever

Christians and Believers: Due to the recent Political action that has taken place, it is urgent that we Pray more for our Country more than we ever have before. You may say that we should "re-double" our efforts.

Regardless of whether you agree with the political actions or not, you cannot argue that the number of people who will now be more frustrated with their government than ever before in recent history will be on the rise.

This is exactly why as Christians, we need to seek God's guidance for this great nation as we never have before. It is time for a Revolution of Prayer!

I pledge to pray for our Country and our Leaders at every available opportunity and every time it crosses my mind. I ask that you do the same.

It may seem selfish of use to try to preserve this Country as the the greatest nation on earth, but need I remind you that the proceeds of our Great Nation funds outreach efforts throughout the world.

Pray for America!

Emotional Thoughts vs. Rational Thought

Their are dangers that threaten the politically-involved Christian. Modern day politics are all too often based on emotion rather than rational thought. You see examples of this everyday. My rule of thumb is that in a debate, the first person who tries to appeal to your emotion, rather that your rationale, has lost the debate. Sure, we are emotional beings, but if we are debated a topic using strictly the facts, emotion is not necessary to make a rational decision.

I am not saying that we should be cold and heartless, because Jesus commands us to be to be sympathetic. What I am saying is that it is not responsible for us to make policies based on the exception to the rule. Too many times we are given one-a-million sob stories to justify more bureaucracy.

It was not that long ago that those among us who were in need came to the church or the temple for help. This way help could be given in a case by case basis and assure that these funds were not wasted. I think that we should go back to that system.

So next time you are in a conversation, an argument, or a debate, ask yourself this: "Am I using rational thought or emotional thought?"

Would Jesus Want Universal Healthcare?

Well, would He?

Yes, Jesus commands us to love our neighbors as ourselves. This would include caring for their health. Yes, Jesus performed many miracles to heal the sick and seemed to have a burden for the sick. He would want us to have this same burden. Yes, Jesus encourages sympathy and even commands us to be charitable.

But would he want the Government to take over the entire system and run it like a bureaucracy? Would he want health care backed by the force of the Government?

Let's compare the scenario to the times of Jesus. Would he have wanted to Romans to take control of all care of the sick? Would he have wanted health care for everyone at the point of a Roman spear? Would he have wanted Roman soldiers enforcing the health care bill?

I think not! I also think that Jesus would not have supported what our Government is trying to do. I think that He would have preferred for those less fortunate to come to the church and receive the charity and sympathy of the church. This is how things were done long before large, over-bearing Government.

I am welcome to suggestions, questions, or comments. The link to comments is located just under the title.

In God We Trust?

You may have heard of the recent court decision to keep "In God We Trust" on our money and also keep "under God" in our Pledge of Allegiance. This decision was made by The Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals after it was challenged by atheist Michael Newdow in two First Amendment cases. You can read the story here.

So this is great news, right? The question is, was the Judge upholding the constitutionality of this words in their literal sense, or simply preserving a long-standing tradition? Does the words "In God We Trust" really reflect our attitude today?

If "In God We Trust" is no longer in our hearts and minds, does it really matter if it is on our money? We, as Christ Followers, need to ponder this motto and be sure that it rings true in our own hearts before we expect our Country to return to the mindset that it once held when the great men who founded our Country made the decision to stamp this on every coin and print it on every bill.

One More Reason...

Here is one more reason that we need to be involved. There are government members who wish to take away some of our rights. When one right is taken away or even limited, a slippery slope in created in which all of our rights are threatened.

You may have heard of The Fairness Doctrine. There are politicians that would like to bring a form of the doctrine back to limit what can be aired on radio and television. There have been dozens of examples of politicians who seek to limit our right or take them away completely in the last few years. The problem is that they usually pick a particular target that is polarizing or emotional in some way and fire away. The problem is that when they aim at one thing, they is almost always collateral damage. If politicians and bureaucrats were allowed to pass a law limiting the free speech of "right wing extreme talk radio" or any other specific group, do you think that Christians would not be effected?

I suggest that if you have not read the Bill of Rights or the Constitution lately, that you do so. It is difficult to protect your rights if you do no know what they are.

So why I am discussing the protection of preservation of our rights? To this day, we are the most free Country in the World. This enables us to spread the Gospel like no other Country can. If the Fairness Doctrine were passed tomorrow, no only would it apply to talk radio, but to Christian radio as well. It would then spread into our churches and places of worship. In order for us to maintain our right to worship freely and witness freely, we must keep our 1st Amendment Rights intact.

Should Christians Be Involved?

I just finished reading an article that stated that "True Christians should not be involved in politics at all". (see link at bottom of post) It went on to say "Voting for others is voting against Christ" and other claims of the same sort. Is this true?

I am not of the belief that we should stand idly by and let our Country be ruined by bureaucrats and politicians. I believe that Jesus would want us to fight evil until there is no more evil to be fought.

Some Christian's are of the mindset that the world is going to hell as was predicted in the Bible and we should just let it because it is inevitable. I think that this mindset is wrong. We should never give up the fight. Even if we are fighting a losing battle, just the testimony that we make evident when we choose to fight may be all that it takes to lead others to follow Christ.

If anyone would like to challenge me on this, please do. I am open to other viewpoints. From what I know of my God though, I have a real hard time accepting that He would want us to just sit down, shut up, and take what the world throws at us.

What do you think?

Link: Christians Should Abstain From Politics

Hillary Clinton is Advocating for Abortion in Brazil

I chose this story, because it is a good example of how it is up to us to choose the politicians that we vote for wisely.

Secretary of State Clinton gave a nationally televised interview late last week in which she stated that abortion "is something that needs to be carefully thought about because of the great effect it has on the numbers of children that poor women have that they can’t educate, feed properly, care for, the great toll that illegal abortions take, and the denial of women being able to exercise such a fundamental personal right."

Can you believe this? Rather than advocate for morally correct means to deal with these problems in Brazil, Hillary Clinton has chosen to use her position to rally in support of abortion. This is very sad.

Here in the United States, we have performed 45 Million abortions in the period between 1973 and 2005. That is 45,000,000 children that literally never saw the light of day. Can you imagine what God could have done with them?

My Dad used to tell a story of a man who died and went to heaven. When he got there, he was informed that he was allowed to ask God one question. The man approached God and said "Father, why did you allow so much suffering on the World, why did you not send us someone who had the answers for World Peace, the cure for Cancer, and the cure for AIDS?" God answered: "I did... and you aborted them".

That little story could be very true. How do we know what may have become of the lives of those Millions of children? I guess we will never know.

When Good Men Do Nothing

"All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing." -Edmond Burke

I do not know if Mr. Burke was a Christian, but this sounds like something that a Christ Follower would say. Over the last few years, I have become more and more aware of the corruption creeping into our politics and bleeding over into our culture. How did all of this start?

My opinion is that over the last two decades, Christians have withdrawn into a shell of protection due to the growth of the Political Correctness movement. It was all too easy to be accused of being racist, sexist, homophobic, bigoted, etc. when Believers tried to state their opinions on abortion, gay marriage, and other such issues. It was easier just to withdraw into our homes and churches and completely ignore politics, locally and nationally.

While Christians were busy with anything but politics, the secular politicians and community leaders took over and began pushing an "anything-goes" mentality. Tolerance was preached in our schools, universities, and communities. People kept there mouths shut in fear of offending other people. Prayer was banned from our schools, Bibles were pulled from shelves and thrown away, public schools began re-writing history and science textbooks with new agendas, and the Christians stood aside and let it happen.

Today we are seeing the beginning of a new age of awareness. Christians are beginning to open their eyes and wonder how we got here. So what are we supposed to do? Is there anything we can do? Is this going to be too-little, too-late? Can we truly represent Christ's love through our involvement in politics? Can we reverse the descent of our Nation into immorality? What does God say that we should do? Does the Bible even say anything about politics?

These are the questions that I want to start answering through this blog. I need your help as I explore these questions.
